I noticed that in the UK it is National Poop Scoop Week starting on 26th July.  What a great idea.  Although to be honest I didn't realise that there was much of a problem in the UK.  Am I wrong?

Perhaps we could benefit from having such a week in Ireland.

Notice that they feel the need to explain what "Grab It, Bag It, Bin It" actually means and give instructions. Do they really think there are people out there who don't scoop the poop because they don't know how to - rather than out of pure laziness?!?!

Perhaps if they brought back dog licencing and revoke those who didn't clean up after their pooches, the UK would be a much cleaner [censored] free country :lol:

Unfortunately we do have the problem here in the UK. I am not sure that the instructions are going to make much difference though, but at least they are trying!
